Your Stellar System was specifically designed for you, to add convenience and Safety to your families day to day lifestyle. Our Goal is to maintain, and update your system as needed for as long as you own your home. We also are aware that your labor warranty is for the first 90- days after project completion and signoff. With any home automation system comes the responsibility of system maintenance. Your system will require regular service, software update and maintenance just like any other major purchase (car, home etc) that you have made.

We at STELLAR believe it is “all about the SERVICE” and have created discounted service plans that we urge you to review and sign up for. We want to make sure you have a reliable system and Stellar experience, throughout your lifetime of being a STELLAR customer.

As a guideline, here is what we recommend

Silver Plan – Single room Control system

Gold Plan – Multiple room Controls (with homes upto 6000 sqft)

Platinum Plan – Multiple room system, shade, lighting, pool, garage controls (for homes over 6000 sqft)
